For all Moi Moi rings, we offer free resizing!
You will receive one complimentary resize of your Moi Moi ring within one year of purchase.

Free Ring Resizing Policy
At Moi Moi Fine Jewellery, we want to ensure you love your ring and that it fits perfectly. That’s why we offer a free ring resizing service under the following conditions:

Free Resizing Offer:

• You can get your ring resized once for free within the first 12 months after purchase.
• This offer covers resizing up to 2 sizes up or down from the original size if the design permits, and if the ring is 6mm wide or less.
• Custom-made rings also come with one free resizing within the first 12 months.

What’s Not Included:

• Tension rings, eternity rings, and rings with stones all around the band can’t be resized. Additionally, some men’s rings with engraving or two-toned cannot be resized. These will need to be re-made at your cost, so please choose carefully.
• Rings made from titanium and zirconium can’t be resized due to their hardness.
• If your ring needs resizing by more than 2 sizes, it may incur extra costs or require to be re-made completely, depending on the design.
• Weather and times of day affect finger size fluctuation, so ½ sizes are not recommended for resizing rings thinner than 3mm wide.

How It Works:

• You’ll need to cover the shipping costs to send your ring to us and for us to send it back to you.
• If resizing affects any engraving, there will be a $70 re-engraving fee.
• Any additional resizing after your first free one will start at $180. The exact cost depends on the resizing needed and if rhodium plating is required for white gold rings.

Important Notes:

• Resizing your ring at an unauthorised jeweller will void your lifetime warranty.
• Moi Moi Fine Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any issues, including loose accent stones, that may arise from resizing rings with very fine diamond accents on the bands by more than 3 sizes.
• We recommend double-checking your ring size before making your purchase to avoid any issues.
