Excellent customer service, very helpful and supportive, all staff members were great to work with. Easy website to navigate, I purchased their lab grown diamond seperately & picked one of their ring designs online all sight unseen. The staff helped me with each step and made invoicing easy & realistic. I was a little apprehensive spending so much without being able to physically see it in the flesh first but when it arrived (express & discreet shipping) I was blown away by the quality of the stone, the ring & craftsmanship. Her & I could not be happier, 10/10 in all aspects. Thanks for the perfect gift.

I had an ethical 2CT oval diamond ring made for my 25th Wedding Anniversary.Jessica was with us the whole way through. She was very patient and answered all our emails and queries. She accommodated us with what we needed. Jessica knew exactly what I wanted and is an expert in helping us get what we needed. I even bought a tennis bracelet and earrings as well.We bought the ring in February and was flexible with the payment plan for when we needed it in September. I have recommended Moi Moi to my family and friends! I think my kids will get their engagement ring from there when the time comes. Thank you Moi Moi!

I had such a lovely experience buying my earrings from Moi Moi.I had been wanting some diamond earrings for a long time but would always get put off buying when going into jewellers as they would just be pushing me to buy the most expensive item if I was choosing between things. It couldn't have been more different at Moi Moi.I had been looking into lab grown diamonds for a while and I had a few email exchanges with them before deciding that this was the option I wanted to go with. There was no pressure to buy, and I decided to make and appointment to go and have a look at options in person with my husband.Alana and her team were really patient and helpful when I admittedly was being quite indecisive! They helped me to ensure I was buying the right size of earrings, to suit me and actually at one point suggested the smaller size might suit me better than the larger size I was considering - that is when you know you have found a jeweller you can trust :-)I am so happy with my new earrings and absolutely would recommend going to Moi Moi if you are looking for quality jewellery along with a nice experience of purchasing it!Thank you Alana and the Moi Moi Team!

I purchased an engagement ring, diamond bracelet and plan on getting the wedding band from Moi Moi as well.Moi Moi’s service and quality is unparalleled compared to other jewellers. Their knowledge and expertise was so helpful for some one like me, who didn’t know anything about lab diamonds or moissanites. The best thing about them is no one forces you to spend more. When my future fiancé and I were choosing between two lab diamonds, Moi Moi assistant (Agnes) actually recommended to go for a more affordable one as it was a better deal. They work with your budget and offer pieces that you would love and not deliberately try to upsell. Also the atmosphere is so chill and comfortable, as other jewellers made me feel pressured, Moi Moi was just fun and casual. My partner and I felt so comfortable with them that we would love to come back more and more for other jewellery pieces now. I’d definitely recommend to come here for engagement and wedding rings!!

We found Moi Moi by chance one day when a birthday surprise had to be rescheduled and first met Oz to have a look at my engagement ring for which I knew I wanted a lab grown diamond. Over the course of the year, we ended up going back to Oz to purchase multiple pieces of jewelry for our wedding. Oz has always been so warm, knowledgeable and very patient. Moi Moi is now our jeweler of choice - I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you so much Oz. I couldn't recommend you and your team enough!

I would like to thank Agnes, Sophia, Oz, and team, as well as the ringmaker/goldsmith, for helping me pick, design and make my wedding band. They were all so kind, patient and helpful with all the back and forth updates for the design. I had never thought of getting a pink diamond before!! So I really appreciate their encouragement for thinking outside the box. In addition, thankyou for allowing walk-ins without a booking! As you can tell, I am a last minute person haha! 🙂
